Voices for the Silent anthology

UK indie press Indigo Dreams Publishing is seeking submissions of poems for the above anthology, in aid of the League Against Cruel Sports. Poems should be on one of the three themes: Cruel sports in their various forms; Wildlife/the natural world; Environment. The anthology editor is Ronnie Goodyer, who is poet-in-residence at the League Against Cruel Sports. Send up to two poems by the deadline of 31 March 2022. Full details here.

Anthology on Love

Thanks to Dawn Vincent for sharing the following: Indie press Fragmented Voices is open to submissions of poetry for its first anthology on the theme of “Love”. From website: “We don’t just want to see the romantic and sentimental, but the darker, gritty, complicated aspects of what it is to love and be loved.” The anthology will appear in both print and digital formats. Poems about Mental Health wanted

I came across this call-out for poems in Writing Magazine, by a blogger called Tracey Ward, who wants to raise the profile of mental health issues and sufferers. (I am not sure what will be done with any proceeds from the book, should it make a profit.) Tracey is currently seeking crowdfunding, in the hopes of publishing the anthology in hardback. The Great Gatsby-inspired poetry

Silver Birch Press is seeking ‘poetry, prose, art, collage, photography and other work that celebrates this remarkable novel’. Send up to three poems on the theme by 1st September 2014.
